Olawunmi Christy Otedola (born April 21, 1986) professionally known as Tolani Otedola is a 36 years old  Nigerian Afrobeats and R&B singer and songwriter. She is the first child of an oil mogul and billionaire, Femi Otedola.Tolani is an amazing musician who has done a collaboration, “Ba Mi Lo” with top Nigerian act of Mavin Dynasty, Reekado banks A gifted lady, she has dropped a couple of hit singles since she joined the industry. EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Tolani Otedola was born to Femi Otedola and her mother Olayinka Odukoya. Her birth date is the 21st of April 1986. She was born out of wedlock as her parents had been in a relationship at the time.

She spent her formative years in Nigeria before emigrating to the United Kingdom to further her studies. She developed an interest in music as a pre-teen. This prompted her to join the choir so as to improve her singing prowess.  Tolani Otedola attended posh private schools for her primary and secondary school education and bagged a degree in Psychology from the University Of St. Andrews, Scotland.

CAREER

Tolani said she had an interest in music from a tender age, while in school. She sang in church during her young age and developed strong vocals over the years. She wrote her own song and has released five music singles, two of which she featured two top Nigerian musicians, Reekado banks and Skales. Tenderoni was her first single and it was released in December 2017, and Bad Man is her most recent, released on July 29, 2020.
