Shashi Naidoo is a well know and award-winning South African model, actress, Tv Host, and entrepreneur. Shashi is best known for co-hosting the E.TV magazine show 20 Something. During this time she also co-hosted the nationwide MTV VJ Search. Shashi Naidoo was born on 5th November 1979. The 42 years old woman is also a fitness enthusiast, Shashi Naidoo rose to fame in 2004 when she played Linda McGinty, Ziggy’s girlfriend in the E.TV soapie, Backstage.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Shashi Naidoo was born on 5th November 1979. She was born and raised in Port Elizabeth. She attended Alexander Road High School in 1997 and moved to Johannesburg to study chiropractic medicine which she completed at the University of Johannesburg. Shashi Naidoo has a beautiful sister called Anthosh Naidoo. She is a dentist. She competed at Stellenbosch University in 2000. Following a year of community dentistry in South Africa.
CAREER
Shashi Naidoo became got polar in 2004 when she portrayed Linda McGinty, Ziggy‘s girlfriend, in the E.TV serial opera Backstage. She soon had a brief appearance in the SABC1 soap-opera Generations. She additionally had a small part in the 2007 miniseries Society. On October 2, 2007, she started presenting EMS Volume 1 with another person on SABC1. In 2008, Shashi Naidoo finished a six-month run as Sureshni Patel in the MNET soap-opera Egoli. Shashi Naidoo has served as an MC (Master of Ceremonies) for events such as the Shoprite Checkers Annual Suppliers Awards, the International Mohair Summit, The Financial Forum, the FNB HR Recognition Awards, the VW Recognition Awards, the Audi Award Dinner, and the Fifth Annual Women in Engineering Convention. She continued to give honors at the YOU Spectacular, Glamour SA Most Glamorous, and SAMA Awards. PERSONAL LIFE
Shashi Naidoo practices Hinduism. Ismail Hendricks, a competitor on the reality TV program The Apprentice South Africa in 2005, was her boyfriend. In December 2009, Shashi Naidoo wed Mark Sandler; however, they separated in 2011. She has no child. She won Tropika Island of Treasure’s second season celebrity contest in 2009.
