Lucy Ameh is a Nigeria Actor born on the 12th of June, 1980. She hails from Opokwu LGA in Benue State but was born and bred in Kaduna State, Nigeria. She grew up in Kaduna alongside her siblings and discovered her talent at a very tender age and was ecstatic to show it at any given opportunity. She started acting in her local church and gave her all to whatever role she was given. She referred to her mother as her number one fan who influenced the success of her chosen career

LUCY AMEH’S EARLY LIFE AND CAREER
Lucy Ameh made her debut in Nollywood years ago after she got inspired by what she called humans inside the ‘Box’ Tv though she had no idea how to get into that ‘Box’.
Her strong passion, determination, and hard work right from her secondary school days actually prepared her journey into an acting career as she would watch a number of movies during the holidays and put them into practice by dramatizing and mimicking them.
Lucy referred to her mother as her number one fan who influenced her career by enrolling her in a 3-month Acting training, after which she got her first-ever role in a movie, titled ‘Nemesis’.
Lucy Ameh then joined the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Kaduna in 2005 and the Jos branch when she relocated to Jos respectively. She became a star to reckon with as she got more roles in subsequent Nollywood movies.
In 2007, Lucy starred in a hit movie, ‘Beauty and the Beast’ alongside Nadia Buari, and the movie was very successful and shot her to fame and recognition in Nollywood.
Lucy also participated in the Reality show Next Movie Star, Nigeria/Ghana and she made it into the house in the company of Uti Nwachukwu, Lydia Forson, Martha Ankoma, Adesuwa, and others.
