“We were best of friends but the moment they had an inkling who your favourite was, everything flopped” Estranged wife of Alaafin of Oyo mourns the monarch

Badirat Olaitan Ajoke Adeyemi, the estranged wife of the Alaafin of Oyo, has taken to Instagram to mourn him following his death.

 

Adeyemi, who left the Palace and later said that “divorce is OK” as she left her marriage “willingly”, shared a photo of the late monarch who is the father of her kids.

 

In the caption, she said the Alaafin married her when she was 19 and he became her best friend. She added that when people noticed she was the monarch’s favorite “everything flopped”.
