In the video that is now being widely shared, a lady who was wearing a pink jumpsuit could be seen rolling around the ground as some persons tried to hold her in place.
What one could easily notice from looking at the lady is that she looked as though she was in distress, and her tongue had a blue tinge which indicates that she could be on drugs.
